Preschool Gymnastics
Walking through 5 years
Our Rollie Pollie curriculum is especially designed for children, who are ages 1-5, to learn quality gymnastics on an imaginative and fun way. In our preschool classes, children will go to different circuits which include floor, bars, beam, vault and a brand new rock wall!
Kids will start to learn the fundamental skills of gymnastics. These include forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, balancing, strength, and so much more. These classes are filled with fun themes that will keep your little ones’ imaginations rolling.

Recreational Gymnastics
Our recreational program offers ages 6 and up Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes to gain the fundamentals of gymnastics. In the Beginner class your child will start to learn the fundamental skills on floor, vault, bars, and balance beam. From there they can work their way up to the intermediate or advanced levels as they become more skilled on each event.

Age: 6-17 years
Tumbling
Now including Kinder tumbling and T&T, our Tumbling program offers tumbling levels from the very basic skills like forward and backward rolls, to the most complex and advanced skills like back handsprings and back tucks.
If your child does not stop doing flips all around the house, then our tumbling program is for you!

Pre-Team
Pre-team introduces the conditioning and committed schedule of our competitive team program to budding Rollie Pollie students exhibiting potential and advanced understanding of foundational skills. Our Little Dynamites and Little Dynamix courses prepare students for an accelerated track toward an advanced or competitive gymnastics path. Students must be evaluated and invited to pre-team to enroll.
